The challenge
Graduate Philadelphia needed a cleaner, more sustainable Salesforce foundation to replace an underutilized legacy org with many third-party dependencies, inconsistent usage, and limited process visibility. The organization needed a practical system to manage adult learner intake, advising, partner engagement, program participation, application tracking, outcomes, and reporting while keeping the solution manageable for a small nonprofit team.
What we built
CloudSage designed and implemented a Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud foundation to support Graduate Philadelphia’s learner support and program operations:
- A structured data model for Person Accounts, Applications, Program Enrollments, Benefits, Partner Institutions, advising activity, and learner milestones
- Migration from a fragmented legacy Salesforce environment into a clean Nonprofit Cloud implementation
- An intake and application management process to track learner interest, eligibility, advising needs, enrollment progress, and application status
- Program and benefit tracking to support services such as Career Integrated Learning Advising, partner referrals, credential progress, persistence, and completion milestones
- Status-driven workflows for application review, staff follow-up, document collection, and internal visibility
- Reporting for leadership, board communication, learner engagement, partner activity, and long-term outcome tracking
- UAT guidance, training materials, go-live readiness practices, and a roadmap for post-launch support and future enhancements

A clean, scalable Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud foundation, improving visibility into learner intake, advising activity, program participation, partner engagement, and outcome tracking.
